About the Role

Join our innovative team as an AI Engineer in a fully remote position. You'll develop cutting-edge AI solutions across diverse sectors including legal, branding, logistics, and healthcare.

Experience Level

We're seeking mid to senior-level professionals with demonstrated experience in AI development and implementation.

Compensation

• Employment: 2,500-7,500 EUR per month based on experience and expertise
• Project-based contracts and consulting arrangements also available

Technical Requirements

• Proficient in either React/TypeScript or Python
• Experience building maintainable software systems with clean architecture
• Ability and understanding of using LLMs in software development
• Strong proficiency with agent architectures, workflows, orchestration techniques, RAG
• Knowledge of various AI providers and models
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and SDKs
• Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning approaches

Soft Skills

• Strong customer orientation with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Proactive approach to staying current with rapidly evolving AI landscape
